Gregory Sahagian, M.D.
Gregory A. Sahagian, M.D., co-founder of Intraneuron, LLC, is a distinguished neurologist with more than 25 years of experience diagnosing and treating complex disorders of the nervous system. He is triple board-certified in neurology, neuromuscular medicine and electrodiagnostic medicine, reflecting his deep expertise in both clinical care and advanced neurodiagnostic techniques.
He serves as CEO of The Neurology Center of Southern California, a comprehensive neuroscience group serving San Diego and Riverside counties, where he has worked in private practice since 2000. Additionally, Dr. Sahagian is the Medical Director of Neurosciences for the Scripps Health System, and holds leadership roles as Chief of Neurology at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. He also contributes to advancing clinical research as Chief Scientific Officer at Profound Research.
Clinically, Dr. Sahagian specializes in neuromuscular disorders — such as myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), peripheral neuropathy, myopathy and carpal tunnel syndrome — and is highly skilled in electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies. He leads multidisciplinary teams that provide comprehensive neurodiagnostic services, including EEG, somatosensory evoked potentials and videonystagmography.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Sahagian has been an active investigator in numerous clinical research studies and holds patents related to neurological technology. He has been recognized with honors including San Diego Top Doctor, The Patients’ Choice Award and the 2026 Research Champion Award from the Alzheimer’s Association San Diego/Imperial Chapter for his dedication to patient-centered care and medical excellence.
Vidar Vignisson
Vidar Vignisson, co-founder of Intraneuron, LLC, is a serial entrepreneur, technology innovator and venture developer with more than three decades of experience building companies and developing technical solutions across multiple industries. At Intraneuron, he leads the development of innovative tools and solutions for neurological diseases aimed at neurologists, primary care physicians and the public. In addition, he is CEO and founder of Webtilling, LLC, and has been a partner at CVT Ventures, LLC.
Vignisson has served as CTO and founder for multiple technology ventures, including Kidzui, Inc. and mSnap and earlier held engineering leadership roles at Qualcomm and General Instrument. Across his ventures, Vignisson combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision, creating solutions that bridge technology, healthcare and consumer innovation.
Lori Alasantro, Ph.D.
Lori Alasantro, Ph.D. is a clinical neuropsychologist at The Neurology Center of Southern California.
She also holds a Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor (voluntary) in the UC San Diego Department of Psychiatry and clinical privileges at Scripps Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Alasantro has 19 peer-reviewed publications and two published book chapters.
Jay Rosen, Ph.D.
Jay Rosen, Ph.D. is a clinical neuropsychologist at The Neurology Center of Southern California.
He also holds a Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor (voluntary) in the UC San Diego Department of Psychiatry and clinical privileges at Scripps Memorial Hospital.
